Commercial Window Cleaning

I placed a request for a quote on their website. They called my back within 15 minutes with a breakdown of their services and pricing. I was sent a quote via email and later was called to schedule an appointment. The guys were very professional and did a great job. Following their visit I received an invoice perfectly outlining the work. The invoice matched the quote, with no hidden costs or surprises along the way. I would recommend 👍

Had my old house washed 2 days ago. The house is 70, siding is 40 and 10 respectively. I was concerned about damage with the age of the house. However Calvin took the time and effort to show me how it worked. I am most impressed with the outcome - she almost looks young again. Thank you to the whole crew for your efforts.

We had the honour of having Softwash Butler power wash our entire home as well as wash all of our windows. We were very leary with how the outside of our home washing would go as it is delicate stucco. Our results were amazing! Our home actually looks brand new, almost as though the whole house was repainted. The colour of our stucco is now mildew free, bright and brilliant. We actually had neighbours stop and ask if we had our home painted!!! The results were that good. The window washing service was excellent too! Not a single streak on any window and no smudges! The service technicians showed up promptly on time and worked straight through the day. No lying around or playing on their phones. Customer oriented company. Great communication. Come when they say they are going to com.Can’t believe they got the siding so clean, it was green and mouldy, pretty disgusting. Calvin spent a “few” hours applying solution and rinsing. They pre rinsed all the plants. Post rinsed all the plants. Totally recommend the work they do. Clean and tidy.We will call them back next year to clean our interlock patio’s.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and eager to help. I worked with an individual at the office (sorry, can't remember his name), who helped put together a package that met my needs and was affordable which included exterior window washing and gutter cleaning. The Technician, Nick, was polite in all interactions and thorough - he did a fantastic job and let me know what he found. Nick did recommended additional services, with absolutely no pressure to buy. I am so glad I did the fence and deck cleaning - I thought they needed to be replaced, apparently just needed to be cleaned; this definitely extended their life. Thanks!

What a difference in my windows and siding after Nick was finished! It's like night and day. He even rinsed off my concrete patio after the washing was done. I ran into these guys at the Home Show at the EY centre.Needed my soffat and siding washed as it was getting dirty.There were a few companies to choose from all of which use high pressure washers to clean the house.(Not my favorite method). These guys here use mild chemichals and low pressure in order to complete their cleaning services. I left my info with one of their reps. The following week, as promised, I was contacted with a quote and we made an appointment to have the work done. One week prior to the appointment I was contacted via E-mail to confirm the date. Also received a reminder call the day before. Got home after work the day of the cleaning to do my inspection. Very nice work! The siding looked like the day it was put on. The also cleaned my windows (congrats on the upsell) which were also sparkling clean. Next day I received the invoice with the exact price quoted, (no surprises). Very organized and professional company. I will use again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Happy customer, keep it up! Thanks guys!!

The first week of November was cold and sunny. WindowButler arrived at our house early and, despite the cold, worked outside tirelessly until late afternoon to clean all our 73 windows. The house is 35 feet high & it's a big job. Every window was cleaned. We couldn't be happier with the friendly, thorough work. Thank you, Window Butler.

Nick and Logan showed up at the hour they promised, and they did an excellent job. This house had been neglected and really needed to be "spiffed" up. Once the job was complete, they went over it with me and I was amazed at how everything looked so clean. Air vents that were grey are now a pristine white - like new! I thought I needed to replace them but now I am sure I don't need to. Thank you, Nick and Logan, for going the extra mile and making our "new to us" house look new.

Logan and Nick arrived on time, worked steadily and efficiently while here, and we were delighted with the finished job (siding, soffits, windows). They took the time to do a walk around with us at the beginning, asking us to identify any specific areas of concern. When finished, we did another walk around and they asked us to identify anything they might have missed. We were impressed. They met all of our expectations. We would not hesitate to have them back in future and/or to recommend Softwash Butler to others.

We have a log home with a steep metal roof. It hadn't been cleaned for a number of years and there was no way I was going up on the roof to clean it.Softwash Bulter came out and did an excellent job of making the roof look like new again.The crew had never cleaned a metal roof before but rather than just "go for it" they took the time to call back to headquarters and verify the procedure before tackling the job.There was one small area that didn't get cleaned totally the first time but I called them back and they came out without any issue to re-clean that area.I would definitely call them back to clean my roof and will probably call them in the spring for my windows.Thanks for the good job guys.

Nick and Logan were friendly, courteous and efficient. They did a great job of cleaning the long-neglected siding of our house. It went from a mucky gray to white in no time. Their window cleaning was excellent too.

Today Phil from SoftWash Butler cleaned the stone facing on our new house in Manotick. He removed all the morter chips and dirt. He was on site for four hours. The results were very good. He was polite and thorough. I would recommend this company.

We had landscape pressure wash our front and back interlock stone and left black marks on the entire 800 square feet.Alec and his team came in on short notice, treated and cleaned everything in 3 hours. We couldn't be happier with the level of service and results. We highly recommend them for any project!!!

Had terrible Algae damage on our 10 year old roof. Found Softwash Butler on the internet so I contacted Alex. They came last week and did the $ 800 job. I called the next day and stated the staining was still there.He explained that they had had an issue with their solution and that they would return this week to remedy the problem. They did. The guys said they would stay until problem resolved, and they did. They applied 3 more treatments and did so rigorously. Problem solved and roof looks brand new. I was skeptical at first but am now a believer. Thumbs up!
