Roof Washing Ottawa

Softwash Butler did an excellent job cleaning the gutters and windows on such a cold and windy day. Windows are streak free and clean! Gutters are ready for what fall/winter will throw at them.

Amazing customer service and great quality service!

Extremely pleased with the outcome! I highly recommend this service. Dealing with Calvin & Ryan was a pleasure.

The house exterior hadn’t been washed in 20 years. They showed on time cleaned cleaned everything up and the place looks almost brand new. Very happy with the work and would defiantly recommend.

Great service from Softwash Butler! Our windows are sparkling clean. Thank you and cyu next year again!

Arrived on time, and had the job done in good time. Very satisfied with service provided.

What can I say other than my dirty windows now sparkle! Easy to book an appoinment and they are very friendly. I recommend Softwash Butler for any window cleaning!!!

Michael and Calvin did an excellent job - went above and beyond my expectations. Many thanks, my exterior house, wiindows, patio stones are nice & clean. Best looking house on the street!

Technician was conscientious and professional, did a very nice job cleaning windows and dormer siding.

The windows were clean and the screens were sparkling!

Fast service and great communication. The windows and glass railings are sparkling. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Easy to make the appointment, polite staff, windows and gutters cleaned perfectly as they always do. Next will get my siding done also.

I had an excellent experience working with Softwash Butler to have my parking space cleaned. I phoned them up about cleaning a fairly large amount of undercoating oil that dripped off my truck onto my parking spot, and Calvin walked me through what my options were, and set honest and realistic expectations about how clean it could get, which I very much appreciated! Other cleaning services in the Ottawa area force you wait for days on end hoping to find out if they'll even consider taking on the job (if they ever get back to you at all), but Calvin was able to give me an immediate answer right on the first call! He was personable, easy to talk to, and worked within my tight schedule to get an appointment booked as soon as possible. Kaylee on the admin side was very communicative and quick to respond, and made the whole setup process smooth and straightforward. And Ryan, who handled the job on-site, was super friendly and professional, and he did an awesome job with the cleanup, especially considering the specific limitations of my condominium's underground parking garage (the ceiling's quite low and there's no water hookups). He let me know as soon as he was done, we went over the final result together, and I'm very happy with how it turned out! Overall I'm super impressed with the Softwash Butler team and how helpful they were, and how easy they made everything from quoting to cleaning, to invoicing and payment. I'd absolutely recommend them!

The customer service, and call line is amazing. Their advertisements across Ottawa are persistent. What a great company! Wishing you all the best. Oh yeah, great pricing as well.

We have had our gutters cleaned many times in the past - but never before by Softwash Butler. They have been our best experience and we will continue to use them from now on. They arrived right on time with all the equipment they needed to do the job. Their service representative was very pleasant, professional and did a very thorough job, despite working in inclement weather from a tall ladder on a very tall two storey house. Their price was very competitive. I would highly recommend them. Norm B.

Wonderful service! Punctual, professional, and genuinely skilled; they did a wonderful job! I’m really happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

We are very pleased with Softwash Butler. We had our eaves trough cleaned yesterday and they do an excellent job Totally cleaned up and very professional friendly staff Thank you again

Reliable and accurate results! Highly recommend!

Ryan, has always been awesome to work with. Great service!

Huge thanks to Calvin and the team at Softwash Butlers, they truly care about their clients and don’t just try to push the most expensive service. The estimator gave me a great tip on how to clean my interlock myself successfully! While they didn’t charge me for the service, they’ve still gained a lifelong customer and spokesperson!

Efficient timing, clean windows, good price!

First time using Softwash to clean our deck and can guarantee we will be back, love the work they did and our deck looks almost like brand new.

Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Excellent job!
