I had an excellent experience working with Softwash Butler to have my parking space cleaned. I phoned them up about cleaning a fairly large amount of undercoating oil that dripped off my truck onto my parking spot, and Calvin walked me through what my options were, and set honest and realistic expectations about how clean it could get, which I very much appreciated! Other cleaning services in the Ottawa area force you wait for days on end hoping to find out if they'll even consider taking on the job (if they ever get back to you at all), but Calvin was able to give me an immediate answer right on the first call! He was personable, easy to talk to, and worked within my tight schedule to get an appointment booked as soon as possible. Kaylee on the admin side was very communicative and quick to respond, and made the whole setup process smooth and straightforward. And Ryan, who handled the job on-site, was super friendly and professional, and he did an awesome job with the cleanup, especially considering the specific limitations of my condominium's underground parking garage (the ceiling's quite low and there's no water hookups). He let me know as soon as he was done, we went over the final result together, and I'm very happy with how it turned out! Overall I'm super impressed with the Softwash Butler team and how helpful they were, and how easy they made everything from quoting to cleaning, to invoicing and payment. I'd absolutely recommend them!

I had 4 different companies try and fail to remove the black dirt from the white siding of my house—but Softwash Butler got it done! Calvin went above and beyond, testing multiple chemicals until he found the right one—gutter butter—that actually worked. In August I had Softwash butler clean my aluminum siding, clean the gutters, and wash my windows. I have never been so pleased with a service as I was with window butler softwash. Billy started at 9:00 am and worked through until 9:00 pm finishing while it was getting dark. He was very professional and completely invested in making sure he did the best job possible. Had my old house washed 2 days ago. The house is 70, siding is 40 and 10 respectively. I was concerned about damage with the age of the house. We had the honour of having Softwash Butler power wash our entire home as well as wash all of our windows. We were very leary with how the outside of our home washing would go as it is delicate stucco. Our results were amazing! Our home actually looks brand new, almost as though the whole house was repainted. The colour of our stucco is now mildew free, bright and brilliant. We actually had neighbours stop and ask if we had our home painted!!! The results were that good. The window washing service was excellent too! Not a single streak on any window and no smudges! The service technicians showed up promptly on time and worked straight through the day. No lying around or playing on their phones. Customer oriented company. Great communication. Come when they say they are going to com. Can’t believe they got the siding so clean, it was green and mouldy, pretty disgusting. Calvin spent a “few” hours applying solution and rinsing. They pre rinsed all the plants. Post rinsed all the plants. Totally recommend the work they do. Clean and tidy. We will call them back next year to clean our interlock patio’s.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and eager to help. I worked with an individual at the office (sorry, can't remember his name), who helped put together a package that met my needs and was affordable which included exterior window washing and gutter cleaning. The Technician, Nick, was polite in all interactions and thorough - he did a fantastic job and let me know what he found. Nick did recommended additional services, with absolutely no pressure to buy. I am so glad I did the fence and deck cleaning - I thought they needed to be replaced, apparently just needed to be cleaned; this definitely extended their life. Thanks!
